THE 50's SADDEST SONGS EVER WRITTEN

THE 50's SADDEST SONGS EVER!

"People often confuse vast and beautiful with sad, or maybe just draw the line between the two in different places. Some people would hear just sad, equaling depressing, and not ever notice the pretty lullaby. What it all comes down to is that sad music is, for the most part, subjective. We all find different things pulling at our heart strings. What come to my mind is that most of these songs has been selected through a complete process of deducing the whole package of the songs ifself. It based on every single of its composition, melody, lyric and feel. Mind you, each song represent different themes and subject matters. But, most important, each particular song is selected because it reminds us so vividly of our sad times."

To quote an old jazz musician; "...the problem with rock music?? The FANS"

THE 50 SADDEST SONGS EVER recorded.

1 Gloomy Sunday - Elvis Costello (Cover)
"It was originally written by Rezso Seress. The record has shown it all... Be named as 'the Hungarian Suicide Song', the song creates a feeling of depression which no one can bear to hear it...has been banned by certain radio broadcast, especially considering it supposedly caused hundreds of people to kill themselves... the best song to hear before commiting a suicide!!"
